Brief Biography
Dr Loh is an experienced senior eye specialist, and an accredited Cataract, Eye and Vitreo-Retinal surgeon trained in Singapore and USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1998 and Masters of Medicine in Ophthalmology from the National University of Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Loh underwent his Ophthalmology specialist and sub-specialist training in vitreo-retinal conditions at the Singapore National Eye Centre. Under the Ministry of Health Post-graduate Training Scholarship, he further pursued advanced sub-specialist medical and surgical vitreo-retinal training in the USA for Adult and Paediatric Vitreous and Retina conditions, at the world-renowned Associated Retina Consultants of the Beaumont Hospital in Michigan and the Vitreous-Retina-Macula Consultants of New York.
Before leaving for private practice in 2014, Dr Loh was a Consultant Ophthalmologist with the Departments of Vitreo-Retinal Service, General Cataract and Comprehensive Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre, Consultant-in-charge of the Retina sub-specialty at the Changi General Hospital and adjunct Research Fellow at the Singapore Eye Research Institute.
Dr Loh is fluent in English, Chinese, Teochew, and Hokkien. He is often invited to give interviews, talks, and seminars regarding eye conditions, treatment, and management to the public on TV and radio and to GP doctors and other eye care professionals.

Brief Biography
Dr Yong Kailing is an experienced senior eye specialist, and an accredited Cataract and Oculoplastic surgeon trained in Singapore and Australia. Dr Yong obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2006 and Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology from National University of Singapore. She is conferred a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore.
Dr Yong underwent her Ophthalmology specialist and subspecialty training in Oculoplastics in Singapore. Under the Ministry of Health post graduate training scholarship, she pursued further training in periocular cancer and paediatric orbital diseases in Australia at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Queensland Children Hospital, and was awarded honorary fellowship (Oculoplastic) by the Hospitals. Whilst in Australia, she was also an accredited surgical assistant in Queensland Eye Hospital, Saint Andrews War Memorial Hospital and Greenslopes Hospital and an Adjunct Clinical Tutor with the Faculty of Medicine of Queensland University.
Before leaving for private practice, Dr Yong was a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist with the Departments of Oculoplastic, General Cataract and Comprehensive Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre, and a visiting Senior Consultant at Sengkang Hospital, Changi Hospital and KK Women and Children Hospital. Dr Yong was awarded the Gold Award SingHealth Quality Service Award in 2024 and the Silver Award SingHealth Quality Service Award in 2022 . Dr Yong was also the Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore and Clinic Senior Lecturer of Department of Ophthalmology at Yong Yoo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Dr Yong was also active in her research interest in oculoplastic diseases. She has presented her research work in numerous local and overseas conferences and published her research papers in several peer-reviewed literature.
Dr Yong is fluent in English, Chinese, Hakka and Hokkien. She has given talks to the public on eye conditions and treatment.
